What are somethings that it seems like everyone loves, but you cannot stand one bit?

For me it's Harry Potter.
What the eff is so interesting about it.
I tried to read it.
I read the first book.
It was absolutly without a doubt the worst thing I have ever read in my entire life.

[quote="'[x"]Huffy[x]']I never understood Christianity.

A religion that is essentially based on stories about an invisible man that made the universe and a magic zombie that could walk on water and got nailed to a cross.

Well, no ****. The first and second books BLOW SO HARD. Watch the first 2 movies, and read the third + books.

Also, I have to agree with most popular classic rock...I admire them and what they've done, and for influencing bands I like, but dear God. I just really dislike the singers and guitar tones (for bands like Led Zep and Aerosmith).

-Led Zeppelin and Metallica. I don't hate them, but I don't worship them like most people seem to.
-Eric Clapton. Why is he god? I don't get it.
-In-ear earphones, the ones with the rubber thing around them. Eugh. They're so uncomfortable.
-High-end Ibanez guitars. Yes, I own a cheap Ibanez myself, but I tried a bunch of the more expensive ones, including the famed RG1570, and thought they were crap.
-Alcohol
-Rape/casual secks
-Coldplay
-Books in general. I phail at reading. You can give me the best book ever written, and I won't enjoy it, simply because I don't like reading novels. Or any sort of books.

Modern R&B (except for that one song by Ne-Yo off of his first album)
AC/DC
The Who
Bob Dylan

There's more, but I can't think of any right now.

Edit: I thought of some more.
Anything affiliated with Disney other than some movies
Blond girls (no offense to any who read this, I just don't find them that attractive)
Blue eyes, except for Zooey Deschanel's
Post-Johnny Cash country

The songs in that movie (by Abba) aren't that good, Abba is overrated, also.

Friends.

Every girl I've been with HAD to watch it everytime I zapped across it, and would likely throw a fit of unbelief when I reveal I don't find it funny.

Actually, most sitcoms are the epitome of unfunny.

Twilight. out of curiosity, i read the first chapter of the first book, because i thought hey, if so many people like it, it can't be that bad. oh how very, very wrong i was. i could write better than the author, and i'm failing english. i didn't even bother with the film.

-THE BEATLES

Me too =/ Can't get into them, The Stones, or any of those other band that was around before Sabbath/Zeppelin.

Also, apples. Can't fucking stand them.

Battening on huge seaworms in his sleep;
Until the latter fire shall heat the deep;
Then once by man and angels to be seen,
In roaring he shall rise and on the surface die.

Well, most mainstream music is total corporate ****.
Although some isn't that bad i cant stand bands or singers like The jonas brothers and Justin Timberlake which most people seem to like .

All my friends love twilight, i think im the only chick in my college who doesnt own one of the books.
I read a few chapters to see what it was like and it was rediculos, the quality of the text is pretty pathetic.
ps. apparently one of the future movie installments will have to be rated R beuase edward and bella have sexy time so prepare for every chick you know under 18 bitching about how they cant go see it.

Also musicals, (Theres a load of people in my year who talk about how they went to see Wicked over 9,000 times and bought all the merch), Enter Shikari (Everyone says they're such an original band when all they do is mix 2 incredibly popular genres to appeal to 2 mass markets, and I think they're a load of old wank) and Ska.
