I attempted to do a little bit of Canon Rock because everyone tries it at some point. I got a new mic and it's the first thing i wanted to do.

Comments/tips would be appreciated. I'm probably not going to finish it cause I can't sweep very well and the rest of it is all sweeping.

in my profile. c4c on anything.

What did you record through?
Sounds decent, really nice tone.
Hardly any mistakes and played really well doesn't sound 'muddy' if you know what I mean
Nice one (Y)
c4c?

Also, I have a peavey valveking 112, don't you find that the 212 is too loud?! Haha, sweet Jesus I think mine is and it's half the size of yours
I think anyway, 212 = 100w?

I used audacity and an 8$ walmart mic. I actually used my peavey rage amp for this recording. I'm amazed it turned out as well as it did.

Yeah...the 212 (100 watt) is too loud. I'm trading it for like...a champion 600, or a NOS Blues Junior or something like that.

Hi! Crit for crit?

You have good tone, and your playing is great as well... There's not much to complain about actually, apart from some really minor mistakes and playing flaws. I like how you changed some parts, but some parts you changed I didn't really like. Of course, it's only half and you're probably still working on it, but I'd say this is a pretty good start!

Well done man! Crit my Map of the Problematique cover?

I'm pretty sure the changes were just because I forgot what I was playing.
