Hey guys, I was just wondering how physically fit the Pit is. I was thinking of starting to work out a little bit every day just to build up some muscle and hopefully get even a little taller. Do you guys work out every day? If so, do you listen to music while working out, and what's your motivation?

I either run or lift weights most days of the week....other times I'll go for a swim or do cardio at the gym. Finally, if I can't absolutely get out of the house for whatever reason I go on Wii Fit, which is nowhere near as good as exercise, but at least it's something....

And yeah, can't do any exercise without music, cardio, something with a good beat, think Slipknot's psychosocial. Weights, anything to get you pumped something quick works well, try Children of Bodom....

Motivation, just cause after a proper session of exercise you feel so much better afterwards!

Also, taller? How is that supposed to work....

Yes strengthening your muscles can help you improve your posture slightly, possibly increasing your height a miniscule amount. My brother had his back straightened (he had kyphosis) and when he gained 2 inches out of it. Good posture also gives the image that you are taller too.

Closest thing I come to a workout if my physical education class. I'm stuck with a bunch of un athletic guys so the coach doesn't make us do much. We run around the gym floor 6-10 times. Then we do our stretches then we do pushups, setups, and crunches. Then we play some lame game like dodge ball, cone tag, or something of that sort.

Last year we had a total of 4 people in my p.e. class. All we did was run around like a bunch of jackasses.

I'd join sports P.E. but I'd have to get my haircut.

i used to have to between football baseball and basketball but now that im out of highschool i dont get exercise until the summer between working on the farm and baseball i get plenty of it then

I'm an extremely unhealthy person.

I plan on doing some swimming this summer though, so maybe I can turn that around.

If its dry and warm ish outside I'll go riding for about an hour a day, flat out and mostly side ways. Other wise just do my stretches and some other little weight stuff. I'm not overly bothered tbh.

I exercise my right arm nearly everyday. I do this by grabbing hold of the nearest object that has a skin that will allow movement while I repeatably tug back and forth until my exercise session is over. I've been told many things about my exercise, about how its "improper", r "weird", and have recieved many comments such as "Johnny put that up, dear lord how have I raised you, we will have a discussion when we get home" and "sir I'm going to have to ask you to come with me, you cant do that in public" but the exercising will pay off one day
