I finally got it. I had to order one because the store was out.

Anyway, I got a Kustom Double Barrel. Sorry, no pics/clips.

I like it. I tried it out at the store about 6 or 7 times to get a feel for it.

It has nice cleans. It could you use an eq pedal, but that could just be me. Its twangy, but not overly so. The dirty channel sucks though.

It also has a push button that switches between delay/reverb. Also has a chorus on/off which doesnt do much, but it still makes the cleans a little deeper.

Like I said its a good practice amp, but could probably use an eq.

^Well, tell me what yall think. I'll be posting a formal review later.

This is my practice amp which has replaced my dead cube.

My gig amp is going to be an Ampeg Jet-20. Once I save up enough.

At first I didnt like the tone too well, since it sounded different than at the store. So I tweaked the eq some. Now, it sounds as close as I can get it.

Also, I notice that its very noisy, even more so with pedals. But its only if you arent playing. Once you start playing, the hum dissapears.

Maybe some clips and pics would make it less noisy

That hum is pretty normal at higher gain levels. If it's really noisy on the clean channel, you might have a problem with your guitar's shielding and grounding.

Its my guitar, Epi Casino. Hollow, P-90's. Yeah, just the nature of the beast.

quick question instead of making another thread...

The Blackheart amps, are those made in a factory or the guy's garage?

On the GC website it says they're made in his garage. That true?
#12
They were designed in his garage (or so he claims). Made in a factory. If they were built in a garage, they definitely wouldn't be at GC
