Right so i got my Jackson DK2 today. it came with a couple problems such as 1 of the locks from the locking nut was missing, the trem arm was missing and also a scratch between the pickups.

my questions are: how do i lower the action on the floyd rose?

and also, on the neck and middle pickups 4 of the pickup pots (i think thats what they're called anyway) are raised higher than the other 2, are they suposed to be like this?

1. There should be an allen key slot on either side of the bridge, near where it pivots, adjust those.

2. yes

You should just return your guitar for a new one...

You may have gotten a repackaged one someone else returned (I assume you bought it from a dealer of sorts). I would send it back and get a new one like wair138 said.
