Title says most of it: what music do you find helps you do homework? Personally, for math I'll listen to old thrash - Metallica's Kill 'Em All in particular, but for English I find Maiden to be the best. How about you guys?

I predict three searchbar jokes. Do your worst, Pit
There hath he lain for ages and will lie,
Battening on huge seaworms in his sleep;
Until the latter fire shall heat the deep;
Then once by man and angels to be seen,
In roaring he shall rise and on the surface die.

Hot For Teacher. I used to listen to that and imagine that my teacher would sex me when I handed my homework in.

Some ambient chillout - Aphex Twin, Global Communication etc.

But I tend to think better with no music playing.

Anything I'd normally listen to, and some softer stuff I normally don't listen too...

The music itself doesn't really matter, I just need something to set my mind to when I'm getting bored.

For math, I listen to anything heavy or metal, or heavy metal.
I don't listen to anything when I need to think, like in history or english.

Albums (because one song won't last you the entire time):

"Geogaddi"- Boards of Canada
"Takk"- Sigur Ros
"Menos el Oso"- Minus the Bear
"Loveless"- My Bloody Valentine
"Carnavas"- Silversun Pickups
"Feels"- Animal Collective
"Strawberry Jam"- Animal Collective

More, of course, but that's all I can think of, for now.

Classical music should do the job.

Just don't listen to say, progressive metal... Who can concentrate in 7/8?
#39
In Flames' acoustic songs, lot's of classical, and Malmsteen...

I have a playlist with all the three just for my studies...
