I've been a lurker here for a while and I've never really had a reason to post until now. I'm not too sure if this is the right place for this, but the question seems noobish enough to fit.

For the longest time I've played strictly with floyd rose and similar styled brides. Recently, I purchased an Ibanez RG7321(7 string) and it has a fixed bridge. I don't want to monkey around with it and screw something up, so if anyone can help me try to raise the strings a little or at least give me some links to point me in the right direction, I'd be grateful.

EDIT: My strings are not the problem either(as in they're thick enough), It's just that they're so low that when I play the lower frets barely any sound comes out due to it rattling against the fret.

if you can handle a floyd a fixed bridge is never a problem! if it's strat style you adjust each saddle indiviually.
