You've never ever heard of this guy, but he's absolutely terrific. His songs are so soulful and amazing. This guy grew up in the Caribbean sea on a boat with his family sailing from island to island with nothing but a guitar and a fishing rod. I had no idea who this guy was either, but I went to a Bedouin Soundclash concert and he was opening for them. I was completely blown away by his performance and his songs.

Listen to "Above The Bones", probably his best song. "Higher Heights" is also a good one

Another great song with some of the most meaningful lyrics I've ever heard and a killer guitar solo is "One Tree"

Enjoy

...Oh, and if you've never heard of Bedouin Soundclash either, here's a nice track to get you started

sizzla and buju banton are not strictly reggae either, they would be classified as "dancehall". For roots reggae, check out Bob Marley & the Wailers, Bunny Wailer, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, or Dennis Brown.

Anyways, his music is very good. Thank you for sharing I truly enjoyed this.
