you do know that it's a touch pad, it detects touches, it probably doesnt have any levels of sensitivity so the read out for something touching it would be.... on or off.

a touchpad's pad doesnt differentiate between light touches and heavy touches: just that there is a touch or not. So no, there is no way to convert it into a scale or mass balance.

What type of accuracy are you looking for?

Mine does, on the taskbar there is an icon, the harder i push the pad, the brighter the icon lights up.
Though, there's only 5 or so levels of brightness, but still.

touch pads are pressure sensitive, my sis's laptop has a little add-on that shows the pressure applied on it over time

No, writing such a program would be impossible. It's a hardware limitation, not a software one.

mine has this too, but I think it's impossible to use it as an actual scale

I don't think touchpads work that way, I think it uses some form of electrical field and detects disturbances in it which is why you can't operate them with gloved fingers. It would be like asking someone to write a program that allowed your CD drive to cook omelettes which is ridiculous because they only work for toasties.

wannabe jesus is probably right, it doesnt measure pressure, but some electrostatic charge. try using a pencil on a touchpad and see that it doesnt work at all.
