i broke one of my strings about a week or two ago and still havent replaced it.
my question is, if i change my gauge (from 9s to 10s) after this amount of time my guitar has been without strings, would it affect my intonation?
and would it already mess up the intonation cause ive left it alone for so long?

have you removed all strings?
usually going from 9's to 10's won't change that much.

what type of bridge do you have? If it is a strat style, with saddles, then the screws etc. have probably gone up or down without you doing anything (provided you put the guitar on a stand). Any fixed trem systems, you wouldn't have a problem with, except the tuning and inonation of the other strings.

It wouldnt matter changing to 10's, but as long as they all end up being 10's sooner or later
