Heath just won the award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role in a Motion Picture for his performance as The Joker in The Dark Knight.

Thoughts?

I feel like crying..yay for Heath!
Her friends are gazing on her,
And on her gaudy bier,
And weep!-oh! to dishonor
Dead beauty with a tear!
They loved her for her wealth-
And they hated her for her pride-
But she grew in feeble health,
And they love her-that she died.

He deserved it.

Somehow I think he wouldn't have won it if he was still alive. He's great and all but there was way too much hype from his death.

I can't stand it when people say it's only because he's dead.
He deserved it completely. And I don't think anyone does more than him.

His performance as the Joker was dead on.

You could tell he was dead set on winning some awards.

If I won a Golden Globe I would just die.

Too bad he's dead. Seriously, now everyone's going to think it was cause he died.

Well, the performance was good... as far as I can see past my death covered eyes.

Hmmm...

Could it be because you're an uptight homophobic narrow minded jerk compensating for his own lack of security in his sexuality by making fun of others and claiming that any performance even related to homosexuality is not worthy of respect?

Without Heath, that movie wouldnt have been as good as it was. Who else wouldve gotten that into the role? That movie turned a promising young actor into a legend, thanks in part to his death on the set. These past to Batman movies have been much better than the old ones, especially the one with Arnold Governator. He deserves this award i think, he did a fantastic job.
