I'm looking for some relatively easy/intermediate songs that sound (i think the word is "Romantic classical") not any old random classical piece that may help me but I won't like

Classical:

some others are Tocatta and Fugue and Claire de Lune and Fur Elise

Jazz:

I also wouldn't mind video game music I hear Final Fantasy has some good pieces.

How about this one? Yann Tiersen, from the film Amelie
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=4Z2ljWwIaHs
or this? Yiruma, korean composer
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=t5AY5zC_WS0

Both are relatively easy, the chord progression doesnt change much. And they're pretty. They are however, modern piano pieces, not so much classical.

You could try this?

Depends on taste really, are there any comosers you particularly like?
I'm usually able to get sheet music from here,

We're just dancing
We're just hugging, singing, screaming, kissing, tugging
On the sleeve of how it used to be

For jazz you could get a fake book, if you don't feel like transcribing yourself that is. The tunes are only really as hard, or easy, as you make them.
"And everybody knows that you live forever
Ah, when you've done a line or two"

Your best bet in that case would be either Breezy or Ami (my personal favorite), both are from Final Fantasy VIII. Ami has some challenging fingerings, but nothing too difficult.

Not classical, but Bach's Two-Part Inventions are relatively easy.
Someones knowledge of guitar companies spelling determines what amps you can own. Really smart people can own things like Framus because they sound like they might be spelled with a "y" but they aren't.
