I have the Marshall 15W DFX amp and their is the common buzzing sound and it gets louder as the volume does even on clean. The gain makes it even worse. I use a MIM Strat and I have tried all the pick ups at different tones and nothing works.

I KNOW THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOUR GENERAL BUZZING AMP COMPLAINT BUT IT ISN'T HERE IS WHY:

1) I have a Yamaha APX500 acoustic/electric and it sounds great on the same amp with the same cable. It even sounds great with the gain cranked right up.

2) I know its not the guitar because I have recorded music on my computer and it sounds just as good as the acoustic with the same level of static.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

You are using a single coil stratocaster. The hum is from your pickups, all single coil pickups have a 60 cycle hum with the exception of noiseless single coils... which have a bad reputation. You are likely close to some electric equipment such as a computer or high output light bulbs when you are playing guitar.

Also wrong forum. Go to Electric Guitar or Gear and Accessories.
