Hi everybody. What's the best order for setting up the following pedals when using an amps effects loop? Should they all be in the effects loop or some directly from guitar output chained to tube amp input?

Boss TU-2 Tuner
Boss DS-1 Distortion
Boss CS-3 Compression/Sustain
Boss Chorus pedal
Electric Mistress Flanger
Boss DD-20 Giga Delay
CryBaby Wah pedal

Thanks for answering the this common question for me :-)

I don't really know much about Effects Loops, don't have one myself, but I do know that the "standard" order when it comes to pedals is:
Tuner>Wah>Compression>Distortion>Flanger>Chorus>Delay

That's the "standard" but you can arange them in any order that gives you the sound you want
