So what CD's have you bought without having prior knowledge of the band I know it's a stupid thing to do but I've done it a few times

- Free Stylers? some guy with dirty teeth was on the cover and It's probably one of the worst I've ever bought maybe I was on crack when I bought it I dunno

- NERD, Fly Or Die not a bad CD really

- NIN, With Teeth an excellent decision on my behalf

- Linkin Park, Hybrid Theory the greatest CD of this generation. no just kidding ha!

I love you =] I can't say I was very fond of you when we first started talking because you trolled the hell out of my threads, but after talking to you here I've grown very attached to you.

Yeah, write to my fanclub about it, honey.

The Unborn - Mors Principium Est

I rarely listen to "Melodic Death Metal" (as my iTunes has categorised them as), but it's a pretty good album.

DON'T MAKE ME DESTROY YOU!

It had one song on their that I liked.

Trust me man, it's Smoke on the Water. Deep Purple only wrote one song.

The Faceful (Japanese punk, wasn't really into it)
Scars of Tommorow - Scars of Realization (It's alright I guess assuming you like metalcore stuff)
Iscariot - Lifeless Design (Melodic Death Metal.. Funny thing about this, the band actually posted their music on their myspace so fans can download for free )
Burn In Silence - Angel Maker (More metalcore stuff, nothing special really)

Captain Beefheart - Trout Mask Replica

I just got that out my uni library earlier out of curiosity...can't say it was really to my tastes though...

Ziltoid The Omniscient - Devin Townsend

I bought it for the cover, and it turned out to be an incredible CD

Strictly Commercial - Frank Zappa

I decided I wanted to hear Frank Zappa, since I had heard so much about him. Again INCREDIBLE album.

Rising Force - Yngwie J. Malmsteen's Rising Force

My favourite album of all time. And again the only reason I bought was because of the badass cover.

It isn't his best work. I like his eighties work best.

I bought it purely based on the awesome cover and name.

It's okay, not too bad, but not brilliant.
