i want to drop my ibanez to c tune..
but i need to do this step by step so.. if someone could be kind and help it would be much appreciated

why dont you just reset it up but instead of tuning it for standard tune it for c?

well get some thicker strings

i presume you mean C standard?
if so, get some 12-56 guage strings, and some springs for the trem cavity first

That is their advice. If he tries it himself, he'll end up bringing it to a shop anyway because he screwed it up. It's a precise process that should be done by a professional.

now about the spring- should i strach in a straight position or like / or \ ? i have a place for 5 springs at the back.. or it doesnt matter?
