But seriously, my nephew's got this gun, right. It's a .45 revolver with no safety. We got it from a friend who got it from his uncle who got it from like his grandpa. We think it's from around the time of WWI. On one side it says Hawes Firearms Co. and on the barrel it says JP Sauer & Son made in Western Germany. I've done a google search and couldn't find anything on it. Anyone know how much it could be worth, when they made the guns or anything useful (or not useful) on the gun it would be much appreciated. i know wat your takling about, i've seen one before, its a .45 long colt right, i couldent tell you a price, i'ed take it to a gun show and let thos guys look at it.
