That looks pretty good to me. I'd buy that if i had the money. What i'd recommend on a budget would be: M-Audio Jam Lab/ Fast Track, a pair of good quality studio head phones, a Shure SM58 and whatever DAW of your chose - try some demos and pick the one you are most comfortable using.
