Was just wondering what the guys in throwdown used to record Venom and Tears? To me it sounds like some form of amp modeller as the guitars kinda have that digital buzz about them.

Mesa Triple Rectos I believe. I think their guitarist uses Randall RM100 heads live though. It was in guitar player magazine a few months back.

Really? Wow, the album tone sounds really digital to my ears, I guess its because the guitarists used an excessive amount of treble... it sounds buzzy like a line 6 pod would sound
