OK cool indeed. Also available in a head and 112 cab version.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

Yea, I think the 1/4 watt setting looks extremely useful for home use. The head and cab looks better since it's got a 12" speaker that could be swapped for many more choices. Unfortunately not available until May.
#9
I'm assuming not too much since it's only 4 watts but it's Vox so they might jack the price up a little over the norm. Hopefully not as much as the Peavey Super Colossal.

$400-600USD is my best bet.

Yea I'm afraid of just that. But who knows, maybe they want a chunk of the Killer Ant, Little Giant, Epi VJ, bla bla bla market.

This is realistically what Vox will try to charge for them. If the Mini Colossal can sell any amount of units at $500, I'm sure Vox is gonna try to make as much as possible.

Hey guys.

So I was at NAMM on saturday and saw the AC4TV combo. I spoke to a Vox rep and the word straight from the horses mouth is $249, and it will be in stores in 3 months. Unfortunately I didn't get it to play it as they had some demo thing going on while I was there, but if it's a Vox tube amp I'm sure it'll sound great.

I'm getting one!

I bet they'll charge out of the ass for it and being a 5w, 10" combo it probably won't sound very competitive at the price.

Veeeery sexy though.

^ There is a head/cab option with the 12' speaker. That is intriguing.

If it does sell for 250, I might just have to get it.
Well, I won't buy anything until I try out the Bugera 1960 at least

$250 for an all-tube Vox combo w/ a celestion?

Hmm...a Vox with a gain knob? That's a bit unusual. Knowing Vox and Orange it'll be a bit cheaper than the TT though, so it's probably what I'll end up getting if I don't off and buy an AC4. Plus I <3 the name.

Just thought I'd throw this here;

^Demo of the Nighttrain, complete with Satch Boogie to further push their total kissing up to Satch. Sounds a bit more Marshall-y than I'd expect from Vox, but I like the tone personally.
