I just realised the intonation on my guitar is really off and I don't know why, I took the guitar on an aeroplane quite a few times but I slackened the strings before bringing it on board so it should be fine shouldn't it?

I'm using some 2 week old no name strings though so could that be it?

The intonation used to be perfect but now for some reason it's really out of wack.

just adjust it. No biggie. Leaving the strings loose can cause your saddles to slide a bit over time, at least its that way with my Tune-O-Matic

Floyds are kind of a pain to adjust, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'd check the neck but you really oughta adjust the bridge anyway. It just takes a little time and a lot of patience.
