I have this one and it's great, everything I need in a tuner.
But it is $5 over your price limit. I have not used this one, but it also seems to get good reviews and it is within your range.

I like guitars, running, and math.

Click the blue world which has a chain button under color, size. It's right next to picture

The CA-30 is far superior. Get it.

The CA is a chromatic tuner, meaning you can tune to whatever note you want easily.

I've had the Korg GA-30 for four years, and it has done a great job.

Can you walk me through the flats? i know how to tune drop d and have an idea how to tune drop c. i just want to make sure im getting it right.

but i agree the Korg GA30 is working nice for me.

Fix'd

Anyways, I'm using an eno ET-3000+. It's pretty good. It's small, cheap, and chromatic so you can tune to whatever note you want. Plus it works on every instrument, not just guitar.

The Korg GA-30 is garbage, the lowest note it would pickup for me on the guitar part of the tuner was D on the low E string. And it would take forever for mine to pickup the fretted notes.
