Im thinking about trading my 1996 Gibson the Paul II w/ EMG 60 & H pickups loaded in it with Grover tuners, For a Gibson Les Paul DoubleCut. I love my LP but i also want a TV yellow doublecut. Tell me what you guys think, in your opinions is it an even trade?

A real doublecut would totally be worth it. A lame-ass flat top one would not.
