hi there,
People lately have been using software to edit songs and make it sound like chipmunks by using software (personaly i dont do **** like that.)
But do you think or is there a way to make yourself sound like your favourite vocalist using software and effects?

Why would you want to do that? It's much more interesting to listen to someone with a different voice.

Long answer:If you were already trying to Imitate the singer, then you could probably fiddle around and make It sound a little more like the singer.
Short answer: No

That would take ALOT of EQing.
whats that?

In that case, no. It's nowhere near possible.

Antares has a programc called Throat that can help, also you would want auto-tune and a good paremetric EQ, you also need to realise that tone also comes from the microphones and pre amps used for recording.
