I've been looking at the aguilar 4x12 as a possible cabinet to get. Sam ash has it for 800 while everywhere else has it for 1200. is there a reason i shouldn't buy from sam ash? it has a 3 year warranty from the manufacturer.

Sam ash is legit. Im recently bought a guitar to record with, and i bought a 45 watt practice amp for it from them

I just was a little worried because of the huge price difference. It doesn't say it's on sale or anything so i was surprised to say the least. Might just have to get that 4x12 if it's just 800.

EDIT: crap it says it's not available. Might have to email them and see if they're going to get any soon.

Sam Ash is too legit. They have shipped me wrong things before. Like, I ordered a guitar stand and I got a Multi-Effects. I doubt it happens often though.

next question. Does anyone think that it's worth the extra cost to buy 2 2x12s for easier transportation as our practice is in the upstairs of a barn. Moving a 4x12 for gigs would be a major pain but it'll cost 300 more! That maxes out my price range. Of course that also offers me the ablility to just use 2 12s in smaller gigs as most will probably be.

found a funny typo on aguilar stuff and thought i'd put it in my own thread. 120" woofers! WOOF!!!! anyone feel like doing the math to see what the over surface area would be?
