The first i'd do as.. 17p15 then quickly slide to 17, seems like it'd be easier to slide to it..

Second, i'd use my middle finger to fret the B15, Ring finger for 16, pull off to index (14)..

third finger on 17, index finger on 15, then index finger on 17 and bend the 19 with third finger (that's what I'd do because I find it easier to bend with my middle finger)

there's no easy way to do that, you just have to practise it. Third finger on 15, ring finger on 16, index finger on 14.

Uhm tap the second one ? Fret 12 and pulloff to 10th on the same string and tap at 15th?

Why would you do all that when you could just play it with your first two fingers? It's a super-simple index-middle-index motion. The upper frets are so small, you don't need three fingers for this.

Well that's just what I'd do, it's fine for me because I have slender fingers.
