I've got a goldtop Epiphone SG G-400 and I want to strip all of the paint off of it and leave it as just the wood/some sort of clear finish. This includes the headstock and neck.

How would I go about doing this? What would I need to buy?

Why?

Because he wants to
Then there's this band called Slice The Cake...

Bunch of faggots putting random riffs together and calling it "progressive" deathcore.
Stupid name.
Probably picked "for teh lulz"

I wouldn't do it. I think it looks great and you don't see very many of G400's with that finish. If you don't like the finish sell it and buy a different guitar.

or we can trade guitars i got cherry epi g-400

Haha, it plays wonderfully! Honestly, one of the most comfortable guitars I've ever played. I'd like to keep it, just because my only other guitar is a Fender Jaguar Baritone Custom, and I'd like to have something with a normal scale as well. Plus I don't think I'll get that much money for it. My next guitar is going to be a Gibson Nighthawk, so I'll need about $800 + shipping costs to buy that anyway.

Unless someone here wants to buy it for a good amount of money?
