I just got the Vox DA5. I put in the required 6 C batteries, but it doesn't work. When I use the ac adapter, it works fine (sounds awesome too), but I can't get the batteries to work. I checked they were in okay, and they were the right kind and everything, but it won't work. Brand new batteries too. I really don't want to have to take the little thing into a shop to have it looked at, and for reasons I cannot say, I am unable to exchange it where I bought it for a new one. Any thoughts on what may be wrong?

Are you sure you are putting the batteries in correctly with respect to positive and negative? Make sure there isn't a small piece of cardstock covering one end of where the batteries go.
I wondered why the frisbee was getting bigger, then it hit me.

^that's what i'm thinking.

also, sometimes the little spring on one is too compressed and contact isnt being made on the + side.

Jenny needs to sow her wild oats with random Gibsons and Taylors she picks up in bars before she settles down with a PRS.
