Let us sit back and give America's greatest anchor the attention he deserves...

A few of many epic quotes-

"Move over Oprah you fat bitch, tonight every member of my audience receives a priceless gift... the Truth."

"I believe that the government that governs best is a government that governs least, and by these standards we have set up a fabulous government in Iraq."

"And don't think you're off the hook, voters, you're the ones who made this bed. Now you're the ones who are going to have to move over so a gay couple can sleep in it. Tomorrow you're all going to wake up in a brave new world, a world where the Constitution gets trampled by an army of terrorist clones, created in a stem-cell research lab run by homosexual doctors who sterilize their instruments over burning American flags. Where tax-and-spend Democrats take all your hard-earned money and use it to buy electric cars for National Public Radio, and teach evolution to illegal immigrants. Oh, and everybody's high! You know what, I've had it! You people don't deserve a Republican majority! I quit!"

"I can't prove it, but I can say it."

"No animals were harmed in the recording of this episode. We tried but that damn monkey was just too fast."

I have only witnessed Colbert lose character once, and this is the video (amazing):

Yeah, TS, let's appreciate him by misspelling his name.
Josh Homme writes the greatest lyrics EVAR:
"I wish we could get away
Drink wine and screw"

"Nicotine, valium, vicodin, marijuana, ecstasy, and alcohol
C-C-C-C-Cocaine!"

"I wanna lick you too much"

This is where I watch and get most of my news tbh. These guys don't sugarcoat the truth and make it hilarious. Oh and Stephen Colbert, get it right.

I love both shows, but they take clips out of context for humor. Sometimes they don't distort what the clip was like in context, other times they do.

And the only parts I really liked in the Christmas special were the scenes with Jon Stewart and Elvis Costello.

Jon stewart was a great stand up comedian, but the daily show isn't very funny, However the colbert report is hilarious, so is his book
