i recently installed fender noiseless single coils
and a seymour duncan powered by lace humbucker
in my Kramer Pacer . Ive been playing through a compressor
and didnt notice it. but the humbucker is more than significantly
louder than the single coils.

Is there any way to get them a bit more balanced?

I mean that in the nicest way possible of course.

turn the volume down when your using the HB and up when your on the SCs

Its normal for a humbucker to be louder than a single coil.
You could raise the single coils as high as they go without causing string buzz when you fret the highest note on your guitar.
