When i turn down the speakers for my computer down really low i can hear a faint sound of someone talking, in a different language. I think it's some kinda French radio or MAYBE its from another dimension!

It's really weird i must admitt.

It happens only at night time, can someone explain why it's doing this?

If it helps i have logitech 5.1 surround sound speakers.

could be the spot where it is in the room they can pick up radio stations, some amps do it too sometimes.

One time I stabbed my friend with my headphone jack to wake him up and still had them in my ear and I heard some weird foreign radio show. Very odd. Happens with AM stations during the night.

I had my amps overdrive on, plugged in a Super Overdrive pedal in, and turned the gain to 11 on both and I could hear my nieghbors TV. Very cool

It's called RFI, or Radio Frequency Interference. At night, many radio stations turn up their power in order to increase their range. If you live near a transmitter antenna site, most likely this is what you're hearing. You can clear up the problem by installing a capacitor on the power and signal leads going to the speaker. I have the same problem here, if I run any of my guitars into a direct box and then to my amp.

white noise!!!
Her friends are gazing on her,
And on her gaudy bier,
And weep!-oh! to dishonor
Dead beauty with a tear!
They loved her for her wealth-
And they hated her for her pride-
But she grew in feeble health,
And they love her-that she died.
