My right shoulder aches a bit and my right hand gets freezing cold while my left stays warm. I'm getting pretty sure its because its my picking arm/hand.
I'll add a video tommorow....

Make sure you warm up the whole upper half of your body before you sit down to play and take breaks between exercises to massage any areas that feel tense, like the shoulder and arm. The pain may be a result of bad picking technique and posture. You should post in the technique analysis thread for some help from FP...

My best guess would be that you are tensing your shoulder up when you pick/strum. Pay attention to your shoulder when it is just relaxed, then pay attention to it when you play. If you notice a difference you have found your problem.
