what are some great acoustic intros to songs?
such as the stairway to heaven main riff
one - metallica intro
soldier of fortune - deep purple

it doesn't even have to be an intro, or acoustic.. it just needs that vibe that sounds sweet... which tends to be an acoustic intro

... i just love those sweet sounding intros though..

Disenchanted-My Chemical Romance

very god but very easy,
all these things i hate revolve around me - Bullet for my Vallentine
Going to california - led Zeppelin even though that whole song is acoustic spledor
the bleeding (acoustic) - Five finger death punch
sweet child of mine works well on acoustic
an acoustic version of hollow by pantera, as well as cemetary gates
Welcome Home - Coheed and Cambria
Acoustic #3 - Goo Goo Dolls
All of Babe I'm gonna leave you - Led zeppelin again the whole song
Over the hills and far awy - Led zeppelin
almost any good clean guitar intro will sound good on acoustic, if you know any songs with clean intros just try to do them on acoustic Guitar

No Boundaries by Michael Angelo Batio.

But trust me, its damn near impossible. Ive been playing on and off on classical for 8 years and "actively" on electric for about 4, and I still find it retardedly hard. I can only play like the first minute or so

John Butler Trio - Ocean.

Wait, scratch the intro, the whole damned song is amazing.
