I need a new amp because mine is too small to gig with. I play mainly alternative, indie, experimental, (heaviest grunge) music and I've heard the MG, Line 6 Spider III, Fender Frontman all suck. I would rather not spend above $400, but I can always find things used.

Any advice?

Head and Cab for $130? You don't need a head and cabinet, you need a psychological examination.

Fender Hot Rod- great cleans, great overdrive channel, not so good drive channel but you can just get a pedal for this

Highly recommend it man
