I own a 15watt amp and while practicing today with the band the drums sounded even harder and my guitar and the guitar of the other bandmate are barely heard. I have a talent show coming soon and I would need recomandations on getting an amp the cheapes possible but gotta be LOUD enough to compete against the drums and to make the music to be heard by the crowd.

Why don't you try mic-ing up your amp and putting it through the PA?

It's a quick fix until you've got some more cash behind you. Otherwise you'll have to replace this amp again and you'll regret going down the cheap route.

That looks like a bass amp to me, OP.

For $300 you could get a Peavey Vypyr 75.

Or for $200 you could get a Vypyr 30 + the Sanpera footswitch...

Certainly based on UK prices, the most bang for your buck you'll get is a Roland Cube 60. It's a very good amp for Metal and should certainly be loud enough. If you have a bit more money available, the Peavey Vypyr 75w is excellent and when you can afford the Sanpera II pedal to go with it, you'll find it even more fun.
