The strings on my Hellraiser seem looser than the ones on my Jackson rr3? They both have DR 11 to 50 gauge and are in D Standard/Drop C.

Many possible reasons:

Scale length
Action/height of bridge or nut
Age of strings maybe?

same scale length, i just checked. both are 25.5".

If the scale legnth is the same, it is most likely because of different strings.
