Hi guys... I'm working on a project, I have an old strat clone that I want to modify a bit.

Basically, I designed and built a simple distortion circuit to go inside my guitar, which works fine, but i wanted to rewire the actual guitar electronics. I had a pickup go bad, so I have

2 single coils
3 500K pots (1 log, 2 lin)
5 way switch

I drew up a schematic but it doesn't seem to work when I hook it up (I can upload if anyone wants to see it, i can also upload the distortion circuit if anyone wants to see that... but i know that's not the problem). What i want to do is have the two pickups each have their own volume knob (I know I should use two logarithmic pots but I don't really care), and a master tone control. Could someone find a schematic?

Thanks

I'm using a 5-way switch because that's what it always had before a pickup died. It was the neck pickup, but it doesn't really matter because i can move them around.

I just want to have:
pos1: bridge
pos2: both
pos3: neck
the other two positions i don't care about, as long as i can select both pickups individually or together

Gear:
2015 Les Paul Studio - Wine Red
Ibanez SA120 (black)
Marshall MG100HDFX
Custom Les Paul (work in progress)
About 10 other guitars and a big pedalboard. lol

then just get a 3 way blade switch

Ok, i will get a 3 way switch... But the guitar is a POS that i am giving away anyway, so i don't really care if there is a 5-way switch in there.

...but that still doesn't solve my problem :P
