If I was close, I'd buy it.

I really want a Bassman

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

maybe you're not saying the right things? an amp likes to know you care.

The bassman is an amazing amp imo. Great cleans and they take pedals well. However they make better guitar amps than they do bass amps.

Regardless, the resale on it would be big. Grab it now before someone else does.

If it has white knobs, then definitely.

I can't tell if it's blackface or if it's blonde, but BF Bassman amps usually are 3 time that price, and a Blonde Bassman is like the holy grail.

great amp. You should pick it up. If it's a SF you can always mod it to BF specs

Everyone talks bad about the SF - I own one and I think its amazing

I'm not saying it's bad. I'm just saying there are some people that are thrown off by it. Cause that it one hell of a deal

I emailed that guy on the Bassman, to see if he could give more specs, and he said he sold it an hour ago

F@*k.... well I can say that I'm a craigslist vet, so I didn't get my hopes up. Thanks though. Im still getting a JCM 900 tuesday so it's cool, would have been sweet to have both.

When I was researching Fender Twin's it was the 135watt SF's in particular which weren't talked highly of.

I used to live there, back when I had no money.

I still have no money, but I don't live there any more

There was a Hiwatt Lead 50 a while back for 650

Tell me about it, you went to UCI? Good school, I sometimes have to remind myself that not everyone has a used market like LA/OC. Its crazy.....

Yeah, but ****, it was expensive.

Not much to do in Irvine, either.
