Hey UG network,
I started recording my music with my band on my Line 6 Spider III amp, it sounds really good but I am interested in getting a footswitch pedal like the FVB shortboard. I has all the controls plus Wah pedal. Heres the deal though I am not too familiar with foot switches and I would appreciate any reccomendations. Thanks for any help

The guy the plays lead with my band got that foot board, it's a lot handier for him than the two way selector thingy. Only thing i would say to you is go out and try a few more expensive amps before you buy the board. I don't like the sound of the spiders and neither do the majority of people, if you like the tone that's fair enuf, it's your opinion but i'm just saying go out and see if you still like it after trying a few valve amps. Because you don't want to but the board (it's expensive) and then decide you want to change the amp

I'd say save your money and get a new amp.

Within a few months you'll hate the amp, so don't waste money on a pedal which you won't be using after a month or two.

^ people need to stop saying that... he likes it dusnt he?

But after a while he won't.
So why waste money?

I did the same thing, got a footpedal for that amp. Big mistake.
