right now i have a 30 watt line six spider 3 i need some reccomendations for a new amp solid state, around 350 dollars would be nice, and i do not like the roland cube or peavey vypyr.

Why not? The Vypyr is the best solid state amp out there at the moment for reasonable money. I certainly can't think of one I'd rather have.
Gibson Les Paul Studio with Catswhiskers pickups
PRS SE 'Floyd' Custom 24 with Creamery pickups
Fender Standard Stratocaster with DiMarzio pickups
Takamine GN30
BluGuitar AMP1

What's the most you could spend?

If you can afford it, a B-52 would be a good choice!
They sound quite good for the price.

EDIT: just read that you want SS.
Hughes and Kettner have a solid state, if I remember correctly, it didn't sound too bad, oh and check out Randall too.
