So i have my FR(licensed) tuned good, the bridge is parallel to the body and it stays in tune when i play, but when i do a dive the bridge doesnt come back all the way and it stays tuned a little lower, but if i push it back parallel it stays and it is in tune again. Ive tried tightening the springs but then the bridge goes the other way.

Am i doing something wrong or is it just because its a crappy FR, luckily im getting a new in the next couple of weeks...

You need to lubricate your trem posts (that's what she said). Common problems for most FRs. If your strings are new, let them stretch. If your guitar is new, let the springs "break-loose".
