Howdy folks, I'm in need of a wiring diagram for my friend, it has 3 Humbuckers, one of which is a lip stick 'bucker, 1 volume, 1 tone, and 3 switched for each pickup.

I would really appreciate this, as I can't find a diagram anywhere else.

I think so, Brain, but where would we buy rubber pants at this hour?

My bad, I mean there are 3 DPDT switches, one for each pickup. The pickups being Two humbuckers and a lipstick humbucker from guitar fetish.

in that case, this diagram'll work
http://www.seymourduncan.com/support/wiring-diagrams/schematics.php?schematic=3s_1v_1t_3on-offswitches

even though it shows single coils, it'll work the same with your humbuckers..
and you only need SPDTs, not DPDTs, but either'll work

cool, I assume I have to connect the bare wire to the green wire in order to make it work on the humbuckers, right?

I've also got a bit of a grounding question, seeing as he made the guitar himself, he hasn't put a ground wire in yet. Where do you guys think the best place to attach it would be, I assume the bridge, right?

yeah, there should be a ground wire to the bridge

and yup, the bare and green wires on a humbucker are both grounded. its not always green, because some companies use different colour codes, but yeah.. thats the idea of it, if green is ground on your pup, then green also gets grounded
