The radius of the neck would be the measure from the middle of the back of the neck outwards perpendicularly through the middle of a fret to the middle of the imaginary circle the back of the neck creates, if it creates one. Why would you wanna know that?

Go google some circle theorems. There should be one showing the relation between a circle chord and the arc that it subtends, and through some manipulations you should be able to find it.

I think MIM strats are like a 9" radius or something

Edit: Just looked it up, it's 9.5" radius
