What do you mean there isn't a ground wire for the bridge? do you mean on the guitar? cause if that's the case, it's the wire solderd to the trem claw.

Sorry i should have made it clearer, i am refering to the ground wire for the bridge pickup. WHere does it go from the phase switch?

Ohhhhhh, I've done a phew phase switches in my day. If memory serves me it just goes to the switch, and that's it, the switch has a ground wire of it's own so the pickup will be grounded without the need to be grounded directly to a pot or anything else.
