If I do a pinch harmonic (4th harmonic in this case), and try to bend it up a whole step, the noise of the string being played touching the string next to it is louder than the sound of the harmonic.

Is there any way to stop this?

Ditto, scumbags' response.

Mute the string thats causing interference.

I am muting the string, but its still picking up the sound of the string rubbing against the frets.

I'm fine with pinch harmonics, but large bends are something that I haven't focused on heavily.
