My strat seems to have a paint chip. I think dropping the guitar on its neck did it, i didnt notice it until recently. What can i do about it?? Pics below.

It kinda sticks there if i dont touch it, but it still falls off sometimes. And i dont feel like putting glue on my guitar.

Leave it, your guitar now has something called character.

1) Sand off the whole guitar and refinish it.

2) Spot refinish it, but that means you'll need the exact same colour and paint type.

3) Deal with it.

Oh man, my dad will kill me. Maybe i'll just glue it onto the wood just so it doesnt fall off everytime i bend down.

Touch up paint is probably the best route. If the chip is large enough and you insist on gluing it, use good glue (i.e. not Elmer's) and be very careful to get it in the exact right spot, so as to minimize noticeability.
