Hey peeps, wolfeman just here, and I have a question. I recently sprained my left wrist in a fight and while it doesn't really pain me, it's really starting to affect my guitar playing and become annoying. Any tips on how to lessen/remove the pain? Help will be greatly appreciated

Just wait till your wrist recovers, I dunno if some painkillers will do the job (if they hurt)

10 minutes of cold, 5 minutes off. Repeat until it feels better and any swelling goes down
