I usually play in e-standard and I play with .009 - .042 and .046.
I want to tune my new guitar to c-standard.
What gauge should I use if I want them to have about the same tension and feel as my .009s in e-standard?

I was thinking of buying either .011 - .048 or .011 - .054
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance

yea just any .11 will do but your not going to get the same feel at all. playing with thicker strings will take a while to get use too no matter what. I am thinking of going back to .11's im using 10s in standard and drop d right now.

Thanks a lot guys I guess I'll buy .011-.054 the next time I go to Guitar Center because I already bought .011-.048 and they feel pretty loose
