Does any one know why and how does removing tremolo cavity Plate, located at back of a guitar, makes tone better.

i dont think it does really, just makes adjustments and changing strings easier

that and guitarists just cant leave things alone

unless you have magical elf ears you will not hear a tone difference,
it may limit the vibrations of a guitar but not enough for anyone to hear
