That, or you can go into Windows Movie Maker, drag the video into the audio track, save it, and use it.

firefox, I think you can save the video and then convert something-or-other to an mp3 and it will play as a sound. Im not the best person to ask though cuz I don't actually use firefox.

You need to select "what u hear" on your sound recording control panel source select (vs mic, line in, etc). Most sound cards support this option, but some don't. If it doesn't then it more complicated.

Yeah, just use any video editor, Windows Movie Maker being the obvious choice.

Alternatively, if it's a youtube video, you could copy the URL from the youtube page, go to www.vixy.net, paste your URL and choose dowload .mp3 only.
